MSM (Methlysulfonylmethan) is an organic sulphur compound. Our body needs 5x more sulphur than magnesium and 40x more than iron. Sulphur plays an important part in many bio-chemical body-protein contents and it is an important component of our hormones, enzymes and proteins.
